JOB DESCRIPTION
As an Area Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring service quality and operational efficiency:
- Supervise and manage cleaning and landscaping staff at assigned sites
- Monitor and ensure service quality meets company standards
- Communicate directly with clients and project owners
- Plan work schedules and prepare periodic reports
- Handle on-site issues and unexpected situations effectively
- Ensure project progress and operational performance
REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Experience in:
- Industrial cleaning services
- Landscaping maintenance
- Strong team management and leadership skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work under pressure
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel)
- Willing to travel between different working locations (preferred)
