1. Job Description:
Responsible for service quality at assigned sites.
Coordinate and assign tasks to staff.
Recruit and train new staff as needed.
Develop work plans and conduct periodic site inspections.
Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
2. Requirements:
Experience in personnel management, recruitment planning, timekeeping, and quality control (cleaning standards, tools, supplies, and chemicals) at project sites.
At least 1 year of experience in landscaping or industrial cleaning.
Good health; agile and hardworking.
Proficiency in using cleaning machinery and equipment.
Ability to work overtime.
3. Benefits:
Salary: Negotiable based on qualifications/performance.

4. Working Hours:
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday) – Lunch break: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
- 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (Saturday)
