Villa Park Residential Area – located in the heart of District 9, Ho Chi Minh City – is a high-end villa compound designed with the concept of green, modern living in harmony with nature. To complete the synchronized ecological landscape system for the entire area, the investor cooperated with Cuong Tuan Phat Co., Ltd. (CTP) to implement the landscape design and green space construction, including parks, sidewalks, walkways, public works, and internal villa green areas.

Design Concept & Objective

With the goal of “Green Living in the Heart of the City”, the project aims to:

• Create an ideal, green, and nature-friendly living space for Villa Park residents.

• Balance the ecosystem, improve air quality, and enhance architectural aesthetics.

• Harmoniously combine natural elements with modern utilities.

The design was inspired by American-style ecological resorts, where large green areas and plant clusters are arranged alongside water features, walking paths, and flower gardens to create a perfect relaxation space.

Project Scale & Key Construction Items

• Total landscape area: Nearly 5,000 m²

• Areas covered:

  • Green belt along internal roads

  • Central flower garden

  • Hedge systems around villas

  • Community parks and public spaces

  • Walking paths and children's play areas

1. Overall landscape design

2. Site preparation, soil improvement, irrigation system

3. Planting shade trees, flowering plants, indoor greenery

4. Grass carpeting and natural stone walkways

5. Automatic irrigation system installation

Types of Plants Used

Based on the local soil conditions and aesthetic requirements, CTP selected suitable plants:

• Shade trees: Dalbergia, Peltophorum, Red Royal Poinciana

• Flowering plants: Yellow Bell, Thai Bougainvillea, Golden Shower Tree

• Bushes and borders: Ornamental chili, Thai Ixora, Dwarf Hibiscus

• Lawn grass: Zoysia grass and Japanese grass

• Indoor & poolside plants: Bamboo Palm, Dwarf Areca Palm

All plants were carefully selected from leading nurseries in southern Vietnam, ensuring high vitality and adaptation to tropical climates.

Construction Timeline & Handover

• Implementation duration: 90 days

• Personnel involved: Over 30 engineers and workers

• Status: Completed and handed over
